We were told to pick up in 20 minutes, 40 minutes later the food wasn’t ready. We were given the wrong order, got home and realised. There was a receipt for someone else with their full name and phone number on it. Called up, told our food was waiting and asked us to bring the wrong order back. Got back, food wasn’t ready, waited another 15 minutes. The food that had gone to our house was given straight to the people who were supposed to get it. Given a free can of coke for the mess around…. Which neither of us drink…. Luckily, the food was really good! Just a shame about the absolute mess around to get the food.
